Patricia Anne  Van Etten
Patricia Anne Van Etten, 79, of Florida St, Connelly died Thursday, April 12th, 2018 at HealthAlliance Hospital, Broadway Campus following a long illness with COPD.

She was born in May Park, NY on January 17th, 1939, a daughter of the late William P. Harris and Helen G. (Gumaer) Duffner.

She was a homemaker, an Elder of the Reformed Church in America, a member the Dorcas Society, the Choir of the Reformed Church of Port Ewen. She was a local artist who belonged to Ulster County Art Association in Saugerties, the ASK of Kingston, town of Esopus Seniors, Ulster County Womens Chorus and the Klyne-Esopus Museum.

She is survived by her husband of 60 years, Robert Van Etten, one daughter, Jane M. Harris (Simon) of Jacksonville, FL, one son, Geoffrey J. Van Etten of Kingston, one brother, Robert Harris (Linda) of Charlotte, NC, eight grandchildren and twelve great-grandchildren. Many nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

She is predeceased by two infant sons, Robert and William.

The family has entrusted the Gilpatric-VanVliet Funeral Home, 339 Broadway, Ulster Park, Town of Esopus, with the care and cremation service arrangements for Pat.

A memorial service will take place at the Reformed Church of Port Ewen, 160 Salem St., Port Ewen, on Wednesday, April 18, 2018 at 7:30 PM, Pastor Kevin Slusher will officiate.

Inurnment at Chapel Hill Cemetery, Woodstock will be held privately at a later date.
