Kathryn Mary "Kay"  DeAngelis
Kathryn Mary "Kay" DeAngelis, 89, of Sheehan Court, Kingston passed away while in the comforting presence of her family on Friday, April 20th, 2018 at HealthAlliance Hospital, Broadway Campus.

She was born in Kingston, NY on June 1st, 1928, the daughter of the late George and Anna (Smith) Bush. She was employed as a seamstress in the local area, and a caretaker for many of her family members. She loved to bowl, playing in many national and state bowling tournaments. She was a devoted Elvis and pro wrestling fan.

Kay is survived by one daughter, Dorothy Miller-Krom (Chester) of Kingston, one son, Douglas Weiss (Diane) of Lake Katrine, thirteen grandchildren, Dawn, Debbie Dee, Bruce, Darlana, Dina, Kathy, Michael, Todd, Bobby, Chivan, Douglas, Shawn and Adam, nineteen great-grandchildren, Jessica, Kayla, Krystal, Dustin, Kimberly, Dante, Alex, Craig, Cole, Saige, LeeAnne, Samantha, Justyna, Marisa, Giovani, Angelo, Cory, Marcus and Makenzie, and seven great-great-grandchildren, Cloey, Riley, TJ, Owen, Tanner, Aiden and Ainsley. Many nieces, nephews and cousins also survive.

She is predeceased by two daughters, Bonnie Miller and Deborah Bollin, stepson, Michael Weiss, and grandchild Michael Staccio.

The service will begin 7:00 pm Tuesday at the Gilpatric-VanVliet Funeral Home, 339 Broadway, Ulster Park, Rev. Dr. David M. Brechter will officiate. The family will receive friends and family at the funeral home prior to the service from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm.

Cremation at Wiltwyck Crematory and inurnment at Hurley Cemetery at a later date will be private.
